CodeBabes provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to visit the Site or use the Codebabes Empowers Program video application available on this Site (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Codebabes Terms of Use. In order to register on our Site to access the Application, you must first complete the registration form providing contact and billing information (such as name, email, address, account information) (“Personal Information”). Consumers successfully registering for the Application shall be considered

“Subscribers”. Personal Information is used for enrollment and billing purposes; to verify Subscriber information; and to process Subscriber requests. Subscribers may have the opportunity to provide their own content, comments and pictures in certain areas of the Site, such as commenting on videos. Such content shall be considered “User Content” and the posting or provision of any such User Content on the Site shall be governed by the Terms of Use. You should exercise caution when posting User Content in public areas as such User Content will be publicly available to other Subscribers and others. User Content posted in public areas of Site, including advice and opinions, represent the views and opinions solely of the posting Subscribers, and is the responsibility of those Subscribers. CodeBabes does not endorse, support, verify, or agree with User Content and you agree to view and use such User Content at your own risk.

Surveys and Sweepstakes. From time-to-time we may request information from users or Subscribers via surveys or sweepstakes. Participation in these surveys or sweepstakes is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to participate. Contact information may be used to notify the winners and award prizes and file winners as required by law.
